The ad inside ChatGPT is now sold from the CRM

As of today, a marketing manager at a small business that already runs HubSpot can build, launch and measure ChatGPT ad campaigns from inside HubSpot, instead of stitching attribution together across two tools.
The ad slot and the customer list are now one system
HubSpot says it is the first customer relationship platform with an integration into ChatGPT Ads. A customer can build a campaign, set a budget and launch it where the sales team already works, and trace a closed deal back to the ad that started it, because the targeting reads the customer record the company already keeps.
The offer attached to the integration is the part a finance lead will see first. HubSpot Starter and credits come at up to *65% off for one year, ChatGPT Business seats are buy one get one free for a year, and accounts opened by September 30 get a $750 match on ChatGPT Ads spend. HubSpot also prints one number on the connector itself: 250% growth* in weekly active users since it launched.
Two reserves. That growth figure is HubSpot's own, about HubSpot's own connector. And the terms behind the match sit in a footnote that points to a separate offer page.

Alexa now answers in Hinglish, and the free period ends
Amazon launched Alexa+ in India, and customers there can use it in Early Access from today. The assistant speaks English, Hindi and Hinglish, and it switches language inside a single sentence, which is how a great many Indian households actually talk. It runs on the new Echo Show 8, Echo Show 11, Echo Dot Max and Echo Studio, on Fire TV, and in the Alexa app.
The price shape is the part to keep. Amazon states the subscription will not auto-renew and will be available either standalone for *₹2,000/month* or through a Prime plan. Read that as a trial with a different name: the free period ends, and the fallback is a bundle with a membership the household probably already pays for.
What is not there yet is the promise list. Reservations and bookings through Eazy Diner, Swiggy, District by Zomato, MakeMyTrip, Home Triangle and Tripadvisor are described as coming soon, not shipped.

Claude deleted the tab it used to make you choose
Anthropic merged Claude chat and Claude Cowork into one window. Claude Docs and Claude Slides are new today, both in beta on paid plans, and Claude Design now works from any conversation. There is nothing to turn on. The change reaches Pro and Max plans over the next few weeks on web, desktop and mobile, with cheaper plans later.
The change is real for anyone who pays for a subscription and has spent a minute deciding whether a request belonged in the chat box or in the surface built for long work. That decision now belongs to Claude. Corrections happen in the same window.
The reserve is organisational rather than technical. Everything new is beta, and administrators on enterprise plans choose when to switch it on for their organisations, with at least *30 days* of notice before anything changes for their people.

Weak signal
Google also put an audit layer for enterprise agents into private preview. It reads the traces an agent already produces, out of band so it adds no delay to the live request, and flags behaviour that drifts past the agent's intended boundaries: tool misuse, privilege abuse, cascading failures, rogue agents. Findings arrive with a severity and a plain-language explanation of what triggered them. It stays a weak signal for a reason that has nothing to do with the idea and everything to do with access: private preview, for teams already on the platform. The failure it describes is one that companies keep discovering after the fact, when the ticket looks resolved and the agent has already reached for a tool it should never have touched.
The shape is the same in all three. The assistant is no longer a place you visit. It is a component you buy, and it arrives on someone else's invoice.
